  • Opened an liaison office in Shanghai, China.
  • Signed Agent contract with SK Global Chemical.
  • Started exporting EPDM Polymer of SK Chemical to Indonesia.
  • Supplied EPDM Polymer and CMB rubber to PT. INDOKARLO PERKASA and more than 20 customers.

2009

  • Signed Agent Contract for buying Korean materials with
    PT.SHOWA INDONESIA MANUFACTURING (ASTRA GROUP).

2006

  • Established a local Subsidiary company in Indonesia (PT.FORMAX).

2005

  • Started exporting Beads(grinding media) to Asia Pulp & Paper Group
    (Sinar Mas Group)

2003

  • Signed Purchasing Agent contract for sourcing machineries, tools, components and
    raw materials from Korea to PT. INDOKARLO PERKASA Indonesia.

2000

  • Started exporting steel tube and CMB for automotive to Indonesian market.
